1. PURCHASE FROM Düzoxin.com NECESSARY – however, no minimum purchase required. Open and offered only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of April 15, 2010. Employees of Düzoxin and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, web masters and web suppliers, and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and individuals residing in their same household are not eligible to participate. Void in Rhode Island, Alaska, Hawaii and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

2. To enter. Sweepstakes begin at 12:00:01 a.m. PST on January 15, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on April 15, 2010 ("Entry Period"). To enter, go to http://duzoxin.com/store/buynow.php and purchase any item in our online store. No minimum purchase required. Limit one (1) entry per one valid order. If multiple purchases are made throughout the entry period, then multiple entries will be received. Any attempt by any person to place orders or purchase product using unethical means will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified. Cancelled, returned, failed, or fraudulent orders will disqualify an entry. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. Neither sponsor, Düzoxin.com, nor its agencies are responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, satellite, or other connections, availability or accessibility; or miscommunications, failed computer, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or any other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture any such information.

3. Drawing. Winner will be selected via random drawing on or about April 16, 2010, from all eligible entries received by Düzoxin.com. Winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone. Upon notification, the potential Grand Prize winner must respond to, confirm identity and eligibility within three (3) working days. If any potential winner(s) is unreachable or if there is no response from any potential winner(s) within three (3) working days, an alternate winner may be chosen in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If an alternate winner is chosen it will be selected only from the remaining eligible entries. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and any and all decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Prize. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: One (1) one-of-a-kind couture gown made especially for Jeana Keough by Michael Costello, plus shipping of the item via a traceable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) at the sole discretion of Düzoxin.com. The tentative date for prize fulfillment is May 15, 2010 and is subject to change at the sole discretion of Düzoxin.com. Düzoxin.com is not responsible for applicable taxes, licenses or fees relating to prize package. All shipping-related expenses not set forth herein are the sole responsibility of prize Winner(s). No responsibility is assumed if prize package is lost or stolen in transit or upon delivery and no substitute or additional compensation will be awarded in that event. Any expenses which are not expressly set forth in these Official Rules are the Winner’s sole responsibility. Winner(s) may not substitute, assign or transfer prizes, but Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. Conditions of Participation: By entering participants agree (a) that Sponsor, Düzoxin.com, and their respective parent entity, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, or prize suppliers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes, including any travel related thereto, or any Sweepstakes related activity, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize; and (b) except where legally prohibited, winner grants (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use winner’s name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. Prize winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release within 5 days of notification. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such entrant’s eligibility. Should the purchase transaction entry portion or any other portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select winners from all eligible online entries received for all affected drawings prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
