Q: Who can take Düzoxin®?

A: Düzoxin® is intended for healthy individuals aged eighteen (18) years and older. Please consult your physician before taking supplements or medication of any kind. THIS SUPPLEMENT IS NOT INTENDED TO BE USED BY ANYONE UNDER THE AGE 18.

Q: Where should I store my Düzoxin®?

A: Düzoxin® is best kept in its original bottle, stored at room temperature, in a dry place with the lid completely closed.

Q: What forms of credit card payments do you accept?

A: Sun Media Enterprises, Inc. currently accepts American Express, Discover, VISA and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.

Q: Can I order by cash or check?

Q. How does my order ship?

A. All orders ship via UPS Ground in the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses, U.S. territories overseas and internationally. All orders require up to 10 days to process from the date we receive the order before shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers. Sun Media Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for UPS delays due to weather, natural disaster, or causes beyond UPS control. Expedited shipping is currently not available.

Q: How long does it take to ship the product to me?

A: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM (PST) will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM (PST) will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM (PST) on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday. Sun Media Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for UPS delays due to weather, natural disaster, or causes beyond UPS control.

Q: Can I track my order status?

A: You can track the status of your order anytime simply by logging into your account. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may also contact our Customer Service department at customerservice@duzoxintv.com for assistance. Please include your order number when writing.

Q: How can I modify my order?

A: Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. To cancel, please wait for arrival of your shipment and follow the returns instructions.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?

A: Refunds to you will be made in approximately 14 business days of the date of receipt of the returned merchandise. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Sun Media Enterprises, Inc.
